- Can I get a refund?
Offcourse! The premium package is refundable up to 1 month before the event start day. Transaction fees however are never refundable.

You can configure any service you want! From accepting transport reservations to the food order, you have full controll.
- What is the biggest difference between the free and Premium version
while the free version has all the features you need without any limitations, the premium version offers a more detailed approach to sport event management.
- What is the main goal of Smashify
To enable sport event managers to increase the quality of their events and offer more services to their players.
- Can I register as a player or a team?
This option if up for the tournament organiser. They can choose to allow one of the 2 or both. When registering for a tournament you will automatically be promoted with the correct option.
- How can I communicate with my attendees/players/teams
For specific questions you can use the email or phone number provided. For more general notifications you can use our email or Whatsapp integrations. This allows you to contact groups of players/teams/attendees with a general message.
